New Year’s Day in Rome

There are only a few days at left till the end of the year and Rome is preparing to greet the 2014 year with events, concerts, fireworks over the many places offering every type of event according to their own desires.

Rome during the New Year’s Eve is a triumph of concerts, shows and carnivals. Various initiatives will cheer Year’s Eve in different strategic points: Fori Imperiali, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza del Quirinale, Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia and the Spanish Steps.

The most awaited event of the evening is the free concert at the Circus Maximus where artists will perform music nationally and internationally and the Imperial Forums host dances to the rhythm of swing. 21:30 Circus Maximus will open the doors to artists like Spiritual Front, Gemitaiz & madman, Mannarino, Subsonica and Daddyg Massive Attack, and wait for midnight, the Mayor of Rome Ignazio Marino for the traditional toast and then keep dancing all night.

The Imperial Forums instead will be the backdrop of the first vintage party held in Rome, the most important street of the capital will host music from the 30’s to the 60’s including orchestras that play live, Lindy Hop the professional dancers for a capital across from dance.

During this event there will also be space for children who will be cheered by the performance of Patatrak professionals Kaos!”, a group of clowns that will entertain young and old.

This is a program of the New Year 2015 in Rome to celebrate the arrival of the New Year in a unique way that only you can give Rome.
